Thanks!I'm not sure if this is the same issue: I have Win10 as well and was having a problem with the iLok being found. licensing service and control application over that. If that will be fine, you can reinstall whole package incl. and check if dongle will be detected and properly initialized in device manager. After reboot, you might try just Drivers only installer from Extras folder. Remove all everything iLok related you've installed so far, then run Installer Cleanup.exe from Troubleshooting folder.

I've contacted iLok but still no reply from them (somehow I'm not surprised.) So when I try and go Update Driver, I get a BSOD with message BAD_POOL_CALLER (wdf01000.sys). I noticed in Device Manager that iLok is shown under Other Devices, and has a question mark on its icon, meaning that drivers are not installed (which is peculiar, it should have been installed along with iLM, no? Or at least when I installed drivers only from the separate installer.)
PACE iLok service is running just fine, it's set to Automatic.
The blue light turns on but shortly after goes off. I tried all USB ports, I tried USB hub, it just doesn't work. Latest version of iLok License manager, installed iLok drivers, latest W10 Pro update, my iLok doesn't get recognized at all! It works on my old desktop and my laptop just fine (both running W7).
